Key Responsibilities:

• Convince potential customers to purchase services by clearly explaining how our offerings meet their needs

• Evaluate and record customer details using current computer software

• Engage with prospective customers via telephone to explain company products and services

• Build and nurture productive relationships with customers by maintaining an updated account database

• Source and target specific companies and business sectors for potential sales opportunities

• Utilize excellent communication and persuasion skills to achieve sales targets

• Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience with the company

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

• 1-4 years of experience in sales or marketing

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Fluency in English

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities

• Ability to effectively manage customer relations and solve common marketing challenges

• Gender: Female (Preferred)

• Certification in marketing or management is a plus
