Position: Training Support Executive – Sales & Management

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Support Executive to temporarily join our client’s automotive training division. You will be responsible for supporting the coordination, logistics, and administration of Sales and Management training programs, including liaising with trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders. This role is a full-time maternity cover, ideal for candidates with training coordination experience in the automotive or corporate training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Training Logistics & Coordination

• Arrange training venues, materials, assessments, and resources for Sales & Management trainers

• Coordinate with HQ counterparts for global training events and program rollout

• Act as the centralized admin for user enrolment and training inquiries

🔹 Reporting & Administration

• Track training fulfilment and assessments, and compile trainer feedback

• Manage monthly invoicing and release orders for external suppliers

• Prepare and present training performance reports to management

🔹 Course Enrolment & Attendance Tracking

• Maximize course utilization by encouraging early enrolments

• Monitor course capacity and support trainers in ensuring course completion

• Ensure system enrolment accuracy for billing and compliance

🔹 Concept Localization & Translation

• Assist in adapting HQ training content to local market needs

• Draft new training concept documents for trainer review

• Translate existing materials using AI tools and online assessment platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate diploma

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales training or training coordination (preferably in the automotive sector)

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

• Immediate availability preferred
