Al Hoor Real Estate, a leading property investment and asset management company in Sharjah, is seeking a Sales and Lease Executive. This on-site, full-time role focuses on managing property sales and leasing transactions, providing advisory services, and overseeing facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property sales and lease transactions efficiently.

• Provide real estate advisory services to clients, tenants, and investors.

• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure property standards.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Keep up-to-date with property market trends, regulations, and laws.

• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and investors regularly.

• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and real estate software.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales, leasing, and property management.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of UAE property market trends and laws.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
