Role Overview

Nael & Bin Harmal Hydroexport Est. (NBHH) is seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Architectural Modeling and 3D Visualization division in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong industry connections and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities within the architecture, real estate, development, and construction sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to expand architectural modeling and 3D visualization services.

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and real estate stakeholders.

  • Build, manage, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, bids, capability statements, and presentations aligned with client requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with design, visualization, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client expectations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs within the architectural and visualization industry.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and award.

  • Lead commercial negotiations, close deals, and ensure profitability while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales or Business Development within the architecture, engineering, construction, or design services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market, including client landscape and procurement practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
