Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth in target markets, particularly in the Middle East. This role requires someone with a proven track record in driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding business opportunities in industrial supply sectors, including automation parts, electromechanical components, HVAC items, and related products.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the Middle East region.

Meet with customers locally and internationally to understand their needs and offer customized product solutions.

Drive sales of automation parts, electromechanical components, HVAC items, and related industrial supplies.

Generate leads through outbound efforts, follow-ups, and customer visits.

Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on offers, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional support and regular communication.

Lead and manage sales support staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to support pricing strategies and suggest new products.

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and vendor meetings to promote products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

3-7 years of sales or business development experience in trading, export, or industrial supply sectors.

Proven track record in generating sales and managing B2B customer relationships.

In-depth knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trading practices.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
