A growing organization in the FMCG and chemical solutions sector is looking for a Sales & Application Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This role combines technical knowledge with business development responsibilities, focusing on expanding market presence while supporting customers with effective product application and dosing solutions.

You will play a key role in developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering practical technical guidance to ensure optimal use of cleaning and hygiene chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales growth by identifying and securing new customers across assigned sectors.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Provide application support, including guidance on chemical usage, dosing systems, and product performance.

• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of UAE experience in sales of cleaning chemicals, hygiene solutions, laundry products, or related industries.

• Proven B2B sales track record with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with chemical dosing systems is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (preferred).

• UAE driving license is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills with a solution-oriented approach.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 9,000 – 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
