QualTrec Solutions is seeking a Sales and Application Engineer to drive sales of capital equipment solutions. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, strong sales acumen, and experience in industrial equipment sales. The role involves client prospecting, solution selling, and account management in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and prospect potential clients to generate sales leads.
✔ Analyze client technical requirements through visits, online meetings, and calls.
✔ Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and requirements.
✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
✔ Plan and execute marketing activities within the assigned territory.
✔ Meet and exceed sales targets for capital equipment solutions.
✔ Engage with contractors, consultants, and government entities for vendor registrations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering preferred).
✅ Experience in sales of industrial equipment or technical products.
✅ Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
✅ Valid UAE driver’s license (ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a must).
