Role Purpose:
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Sales Analyst to support our Beauty & Wellbeing division. You will analyze sales data, track market trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance performance across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about analytics, beauty markets, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance across categories and platforms

Monitor sell-in/sell-out data from retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels in Arabia
-
Maintain dashboards and track seasonal trends and promotional impact
Market & Consumer Insights
-
Research consumer behavior and competitor activity
-
Deliver insights by region, channel, and customer segment

Identify beauty trends and advise on product focus areas
Promotions & Campaign Analysis

Evaluate ROI of in-store activations and campaigns
-
Track campaign performance across key retailers
-
Recommend promotional optimization strategies
Cross-functional Collaboration

Support executive reporting and ad-hoc sales performance analysis

Align with marketing, finance, and CRM teams on strategy
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field

2+ years’ experience in sales analysis, preferably in FMCG or retail
-
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
