Job Title: Sales Agronomist
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Agronomist to join our expanding operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technical professional with a passion for desert agriculture, crop optimization, and client-centered sales.
As a Sales Agronomist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to farmers, greenhouse operators, landscape companies, and agri-businesses across the UAE and GCC region. You’ll offer tailored agronomic solutions, promote high-quality input products, and contribute to both business development and agricultural sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in agriculture, landscaping, and controlled-environment farming.

Provide expert consultation on soil fertility, plant nutrition, irrigation systems, and crop health management.

Promote and sell a range of agricultural inputs, including fertilizers, biologicals, and soil-enhancing products.

Conduct regular field visits, gather samples, and help clients interpret soil and plant lab results.

Achieve individual sales targets and support the company’s expansion in the UAE and wider GCC region.

Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver integrated agronomic solutions.

Represent the brand at trade fairs, field demos, and industry conferences.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Science, or a related field (Master’s/PhD is a plus).

Minimum 3 years of experience in agronomy sales or technical consulting, preferably in MENA or arid-climate agriculture.

Deep knowledge of soil testing, nutrient management, irrigation strategies, and regional crops such as turfgrass, vegetables, and date palms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a bonus.

Must hold a valid UAE driving license or be eligible to obtain one.

Proficient with CRM platforms, report generation, and field data tools.
