We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & After-Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring seamless order handling, client communication, and issue resolution. This role requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of trading operations, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, offering product and service support.

Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Manage after-sales processes including complaints, warranty claims, and client feedback.

Maintain CRM systems and sales databases, ensuring accurate performance tracking.

Support marketing efforts and assist in trade shows or client events as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

1–6 years of experience in sales coordination or after-sales support, preferably in trading or electrical materials.

Familiarity with construction materials (e.g., cables, cable trays) is a plus.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Fluent in English (Chinese language is an advantage).

Candidates must be male and from Arab, European, Bahraini, or Egyptian nationalities.
