Are you a bilingual professional fluent in Arabic and English with strong organizational skills and a passion for sales support and customer service? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Sales & Admin Secretary to join our team in Al Ain, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless administrative and sales operations within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team

Organize appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings

Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and marketing materials

Liaise between departments for smooth communication and workflow

Respond to customer inquiries and deliver service excellence in both Arabic and English

Maintain and update filing systems, contracts, and customer documentation

Support planning and execution of sales events and promotions

Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with external vendors

Contribute to overall team productivity and perform additional tasks as needed
🎯 Candidate Requirements

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in an admin or sales support role

Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

High level of interpersonal communication and customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
