Job Title Sales & Account Manager

Job Description
Veolia Middle East is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of transactional clients. Based in the UAE, this role is pivotal in driving revenue, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering Veolia’s sustainable solutions in waste management. The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B sales, has a strong command of CRM tools, and thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, approach, and sell Veolia products and services to transactional clients

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters in your assigned portfolio

  • Manage the full sales cycle including vendor registration, negotiations, and contract management

  • Retain and grow revenue through up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients

  • Identify new prospects from medium and large business segments

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive profitability

  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM (Salesforce)

  • Monitor and manage account metrics, profitability, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

  • Maintain client intelligence and deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs

  • Prepare and submit reports using digital tools within required deadlines

  • Contribute to QHSE implementation and cyber security compliance

  • Ensure exemplary conduct aligned with Veolia’s ethical and continuous improvement standards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Client retention and revenue growth targets

  • Acquisition of new clients and revenue

  • Margin management and DSO performance

  • Accuracy of sales forecasts and CRM updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field

  • Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience in the UAE

  • Experience in waste management or related sectors preferred

  • Valid UAE light vehicle driving license

Technical & Interpersonal Skills

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills

  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

  • Knowledge of English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with a high level of integrity
