Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer to oversee and implement health and safety practices across its facilities. The role involves ensuring compliance with HSE standards, supervising safety measures, conducting training, and maintaining a strong safety culture within the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive salary package and benefits.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 + Live-out Allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (HSE) activities in the facility.

• Prepare and maintain HSE checklists.

• Ensure workers wear PPE and follow safety protocols.

• Conduct daily safety inspections inside and outside facility premises.

• Monitor discipline, manage risks, and report abnormalities.

• Deliver HSE inductions, awareness sessions, and training programs.

• Record and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.

• Inspect, maintain, and manage safety equipment and tools.

• Oversee First Aid kits and provide first aid when needed.

• Lead emergency evacuations and drills.

• Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management & housekeeping systems.

• Support supervisors and management in maintaining discipline and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification.

• Mid-level work experience in a similar role.

• Energetic and physically fit with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent people management and discipline handling.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
