Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH/IOSH certified, with strong people management skills and a proactive approach to enforcing health and safety standards. This role involves ensuring workplace safety, conducting training, supervising PPE usage, managing emergencies, and maintaining discipline across the facility. Candidates should be energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to upholding a culture of safety.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) matters at the facility

Conduct daily inspections to identify hazards and abnormalities

Ensure proper PPE usage and discipline during work hours

Prepare and maintain H&S checklists and documentation
-
Assist in incident and accident reporting and record-keeping
-
Lead emergency evacuation procedures and participate in drills
-
Provide First Aid and maintain First Aid kits
-
Support training programs on health and safety awareness
-
Oversee safety tools and equipment maintenance
-
Enforce waste management and workplace hygiene systems

Report any indiscipline or safety violations to management

Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Department Head
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
NEBOSH / IOSH certified

Mid-level work experience in a similar role

Strong communication, presentation, and MS Office skills

Physically fit and proactive in identifying safety risks

Capable of handling discipline and promoting a safety culture

Energetic team player with attention to detail
Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 3500

Live-out Allowance: AED 850

Food Allowance: AED 206.25
