Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer to oversee health and safety operations at their Dubai facility. The role ensures compliance with safety standards, supervises facility operations, and promotes a strong safety culture among all staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities in the facility.

Prepare and maintain H&S checklists.

Ensure workers wear proper PPE and adhere to safety protocols.

Conduct daily rounds to identify hazards and coordinate with supervisors.
-
Maintain discipline and harmony in the facility.
-
Conduct H&S training, safety awareness sessions, and safety inductions.
-
Record incidents and accidents; inspect and maintain safety equipment.

Manage First Aid kits and provide First Aid when necessary.

Lead emergency evacuation drills and monitor high-risk activities.

Implement proper waste management, housekeeping, and social hygiene systems.

Perform additional tasks assigned by the department head.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
-
NEBOSH / IOSH trained.
-
Energetic, physically active, and proactive team player.
-
Strong attention to detail and risk analysis skills.
-
Excellent people management, discipline handling, communication, and presentation skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office.
Benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 + live-out allowance AED 850 + food allowance AED 206.25.

Once every 2 years air ticket to home country.
