Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer to oversee health & safety (H&S) compliance in its facility. The ideal candidate should be NEBOSH/IOSH trained, energetic, and skilled in risk assessment, people management, and safety culture enforcement.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and coordinate H&S compliance in the facility.
✅ Maintain H&S checklists and ensure proper PPE usage.
✅ Conduct daily safety rounds to identify risks and hazards.
✅ Ensure discipline, proper break timings, and a safe work environment.
✅ Report incidents, accidents, and near-miss risks to management.
✅ Conduct safety training, inductions, and evacuation drills.
✅ Inspect and maintain safety equipment, first-aid kits, and emergency exits.
✅ Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management systems.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree.
📜 Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH certification required.
⚡ Experience: Mid-level experience in safety management.
💬 Skills: Strong communication, presentation, MS Office, and teamwork.
🔍 Attributes: Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
🔹 Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: AED 3500 + live-out allowance AED 850 + food allowance AED 206.25.
