GJ Global (Gloria Jeans) is seeking a skilled Russian–English Translator to support international business communications. The role goes beyond word-for-word translation, focusing on accurate interpretation of tone, context, and cultural nuances. The translator will provide real-time interpretation during meetings, translate written documents, and help ensure clear, professional, and effective cross-cultural communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during meetings, calls, and presentations.

• Translate business correspondence, reports, and documents (Russian ↔ English).

• Ensure translations reflect tone, context, and cultural relevance.

• Facilitate smooth communication between international business representatives.

• Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy and consistency.

• Prepare for meetings by reviewing agendas, materials, and key terminology.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and language trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Russian–English translator or interpreter.

• Strong knowledge of business communication and cross-cultural nuances.

• Ability to perform live translation under time constraints.

• Excellent verbal and written skills in Russian and English.

• Professionalism, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
