dnata is hiring a Rostering and Scheduling Supervisor to support Dubai International Airport’s ground operations. In this full-time, on-site role, you will ensure workforce planning aligns with operational demands, compliance standards, and employee well-being through strategic rostering and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:

Populate roster patterns using qualified staff based on Resource Planning inputs

Drive and manage leave planning to ensure fair and efficient distribution
-
Create tactical rosters to address fluctuating demands and outsource workforce usage
-
Maintain rosters for fairness, rule compliance, and shift distribution
-
Allocate overtime resources equitably to cover gaps
-
Implement roster adjustments and process employee swap requests
-
Enforce consistency in scheduling policies and standards
-
Collaborate with Resource Planning and operational departments during roster meetings
-
Track staff qualifications and training schedules using WFM systems (e.g., SPX)
-
Manage and maintain schedule data in workforce systems to ensure integration with HR platforms
Skills & Requirements:
-
Secondary School Certificate (12 years of schooling)
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational or support roles
-
Understanding of airport operations and manpower planning
-
Strong skills in rostering, scheduling, and problem-solving under tight deadlines

Proficient in:
-
MS Office (especially Excel)
-
Power Automate Desktop
-
PowerBI and Power Query
-
Workforce management/rostering tools
-

Strong communication skills, written and verbal
