Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guest rooms. This role ensures timely, accurate, and courteous service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently and accurately.

• Set up and clear trays and tables in guest rooms, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.

• Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.

• Process room service payments accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in room service areas, including storage and service corridors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Knowledge of MICROS or similar POS systems is preferred.
