Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the heart of Dubai, offering an exceptional opportunity to work at one of the world’s most luxurious and innovative hospitality brands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to Mandarin Oriental’s high standards.

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of furniture, fixtures, minibars, and supply areas.

• Ensure all trash and recyclables are properly disposed of and that guest spaces remain tidy and inviting.

• Collaborate with colleagues during shift handovers and participate in training initiatives.

• Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service by anticipating and responding to guest needs professionally.

• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure the room’s presentation meets five-star standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational diploma in hospitality is advantageous.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.

• Familiarity with housekeeping systems (Actabl/Alice, Oracle, IBS) and cleaning equipment/chemicals.

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in English; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are a plus.

• Physically fit for manual tasks and long-standing hours, with a professional and flexible approach to shift work.
