Job Overview:
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team at Sofitel Dubai. You will play a vital role in providing our guests with a clean and welcoming environment, contributing to the exceptional service standards for which we are renowned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean assigned guest rooms to the hotel’s established standards.

• Ensure guest privacy and security while performing daily cleaning duties.

• Replenish linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Take initiative to personalize guest interactions and anticipate guest needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.

• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.

• Warm and caring personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
