SEGULA Technologies is hiring a skilled Rolling Stock Technician for a contract-based role in Dubai. Join a global engineering group with 15,000 employees across 140 locations, working on cutting-edge projects in energy efficiency, climate protection, and decarbonization. This role focuses on bogie and traction motor maintenance for a fleet of metropolis trains.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform removal and installation of bogies and underframe equipment.

Conduct traction motor testing, greasing, and verifications.

Report maintenance anomalies to the RSK Engineer.

Ensure adherence to quality and EHS standards during all tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
-
Coordinate tools, parts, and checklist documentation.

Register any configuration changes and complete maintenance records.
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
-
Expertise in bogie and traction motor removal/installation.
-
Knowledge of rolling stock maintenance and troubleshooting methods.
-
Familiarity with overhead crane and lifting jack operation (preferred).

EHS basics and awareness of safety protocols.

Hands-on experience with tools like torque wrenches and grease guns.
Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in the railway or manufacturing/maintenance industry.

Prior experience in rolling stock or motor maintenance is a plus.

Computer literacy and basic English proficiency preferred.
