EDGE is seeking a skilled Role Player who is fluent in English and Arabic to support training exercises through realistic role-playing scenarios and precise translation work. This is a contract-based, on-site opportunity requiring immediate start.

Role Overview:
The Role Player will perform scripted and improvised scenarios while translating communications between English and Arabic, ensuring the highest standards of realism and cultural relevance in training exercises.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scripted and improvised role-playing scenarios in Arabic and English.

• Translate written and verbal materials accurately between English and Arabic.

• Represent cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, and technical terminology appropriately.

• Assist in preparing and translating training materials and documentation.

• Collaborate with instructors and coordinators to deliver authentic and dynamic training experiences.

• Provide feedback to enhance linguistic, cultural, and contextual accuracy.

• Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor throughout all assignments.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Strong translation and interpretation skills.

• Previous experience in translation, interpretation, role-playing, acting, or training support (preferred).

• Familiarity with regional Arabic dialects and cultural practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in scripts and scenarios.

• Professional attitude and commitment to confidentiality.

Experience:

• Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.

Contract Details:

• Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months
