The position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest culinary and service standards in a dynamic and elegant environment. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing top-quality food and beverage service at the Pool Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct all operational tasks in the F&B production area in line with service standards and brand procedures.

• Deliver high-quality food and service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

• Follow local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints proactively to ensure satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, guest-first attitude.

Requirements:

• High school diploma in Catering or a degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hospitality company.

• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

• Passion for customer service with a genuine and positive personality.
