Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B team member to join our Lobby Lounge at Emaar. The role is focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and representing the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct all operational tasks in F&B Service following established service standards and procedures.

Delight guests from welcome to farewell, ensuring flawless dining experiences.

Prevent complaints and perform service recovery when necessary.

Proactively communicate with team members while keeping guests’ interests at heart.

Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, and brand representation.

Go the extra (s)mile to ensure guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences.
Skills & Qualifications

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence (EQ).

High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role in a 5-star hospitality company.

Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
