Emaar is seeking a General Recreation (AFR) professional to ensure exceptional guest experiences within their hospitality operations. This role emphasizes safety, service excellence, and guest satisfaction, including supervision of swimming pool activities and team management in a 5-star environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver flawless guest experiences and uphold Emaar’s service standards.

• Maintain swimming pool safety at the highest level.

• Supervise daily operational activities and manage team members as needed.

• Prevent complaints and ensure proper service recovery when required.

• Communicate proactively with team members and guests.

• Exhibit a customer-first mindset and contribute positively to the workplace culture.

Skills & Requirements

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence (EQ).

• Lifeguard certification and minimum 2 years’ experience in 5-star hospitality.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience for roles managing teams.

• Strong command of spoken English; additional language skills are an asset.

• Minimum high school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• Customer-focused, resilient, adaptable, and results-driven.
