OneBullEx is looking for a skilled Risk Control Manager to protect the security, compliance, and integrity of their blockchain platform. You will handle risks related to cross-border transactions, fraud, account security, and blockchain-specific challenges like DeFi protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactional, operational, compliance, fraud, and reputational risks in blockchain.

• Develop and enhance risk frameworks and policies tailored for blockchain and decentralized finance.

• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and regulators.

• Analyze on-chain transactions for fraud, money laundering, and account breaches.

• Support daily risk control tasks and special projects.

• Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, product, engineering, and operations teams.

• Participate in investigations and audits of risk control issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

• 2+ years in risk control/management within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.

• Strong analytical and hands-on skills.

• Proven experience designing scalable, data-driven risk frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and business discussions.
