Piexels is a boutique design and development agency working with branding studios and fast-growing businesses across Europe and beyond. Founded by Wilcot Delvaux, Piexels is part of a broader entrepreneurial vision that includes ventures in vehicle rentals, Airbnb property management, and personal branding.

Role Description:
This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Right-Hand Operator at Piexels. The operator will be responsible for:

• Managing inbox and calendar, filtering noise, flagging important messages, and following up with leads
• Handling light accounting, including invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial oversight
• Organizing tasks in ClickUp, assigning work, following up with freelancers, and maintaining workflow structure
• Supporting website and marketing efforts, including writing case studies, updating portfolios, and sourcing freelancers
• General assistant tasks, such as research, admin work, and summaries
• Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to streamline processes and take initiative
• Providing support across Piexels, NOIRR, and content creation as needed

Qualifications:

• Smart, proactive, and organized—able to figure things out independently
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ownership mindset, not waiting for instructions but taking initiative
• Comfortable managing people (freelancers, editors, developers) and tools (ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace)
• Flexible with tasks, able to adapt to changing priorities
• Available ~20 hours/week with overlap in EU daytime

Compensation & Benefits:

• $700–$1,200/month to start (20h/week), flexible and open to discussion
