About the Role

We are looking for a Rider Operation Associate – Supply to join our UAE Supply team. You will play a key role in ensuring our rider fleet remains well-equipped, compliant, and ready to meet delivery demands. You’ll oversee rider onboarding, documentation audits, vendor management, and supply performance metrics, helping optimize our last-mile logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage rider onboarding, including document verification and profile creation

• Perform regular audits to verify authenticity and completeness of rider documentation

• Manage relationships and performance of third-party vendors and fleet agencies

• Maintain the rider database and track onboarding/churn/supply metrics

• Perform monthly compliance audits to ensure right-to-work documentation is up to date

• Provide internal reports and dashboards for supply management and fleet trends

• Act as a first point of contact for rider queries and coordination with external teams

• Support logistics planning and operational process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in operations or logistics

• Fluency in English and Urdu (verbal and written)

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Business acumen in last-mile delivery/logistics

• A collaborative, analytical, and proactive mindset
