Andersen in the United Arab Emirates, a premier provider of real estate and financial consulting services, is seeking a RICS Registered Valuer to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering high-quality valuation reports in compliance with RICS standards, supporting both commercial and residential property sectors. The ideal candidate will bring substantial valuation expertise, strong financial modelling capabilities, and leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and support high-level client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate real estate valuations for both commercial and residential properties following RICS Valuation Standards.

• Prepare and sign RICS-compliant Red Book valuation reports.

• Develop and review detailed financial models and feasibility studies.

• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior valuation team members.

• Liaise with clients, banks, auditors, and stakeholders to deliver precise valuation documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS or FRICS)

• Registered Valuer under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS)

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate valuations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
