Richemont’s Mustaqbalkom Graduate Trainee Program is designed for UAE Nationals to kickstart their careers in luxury through a 24-month structured learning program. The program includes three rotational assignments across various functions, including Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Business Development. Trainees will gain hands-on experience, participate in training assignments, and have the potential for a full-time opportunity upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

Participate in a 24-month program with three rotational assignments

Engage in training assignments and shadow experienced employees

Undergo retail immersion to understand the business

Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects and real job responsibilities

Contribute fresh perspectives and solutions to business challenges

Seek feedback and work on continuous development

Regular reviews with senior management for development tracking

Experience & Qualifications:

Valid UAE Passport & UAE Family Book

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (any major)

0-2 years of work experience

Proficiency in English & Arabic

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
