RFP/Company Registration Specialist for an International Consulting Firm

RecruitME is seeking a RFP & Company Registration Specialist to join an international consulting firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead and manage the end-to-end company registration process on client portals and provide support for Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for clients in KSA. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the timely completion of all required documentation, tracking processes, and driving improvements in the registration and RFP functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Registration: Lead and manage the company registration process on clients’ portals, ensuring timely submission of all required documentation.

  • Documentation & Renewals: Maintain active company credentials by preparing and submitting required documentation for registration renewals.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for registration queries, providing effective support and guidance in completing forms and documentation.

  • Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, HR) to ensure all necessary documents are collected and submitted.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients’ procurement teams and relevant government agencies involved in the registration process.

  • RFP Management: Scan, track, and follow up on public RFPs and RFIs, preparing responses and coordinating with partners to ensure timely submission.

  • Automated Dashboards: Support the development of automated dashboards to enhance reporting, generate insights, and streamline the RFP and registration processes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for efficiency, automation, and standardization in the registration and RFP workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in company registration, RFPs, proposal management, business development, or similar roles within a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and productivity tools like Google Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Attributes: Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building.
