Role Overview

A leading professional services organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Rewards & HR Analyst to join its regional team. This role is ideal for an analytically strong HR professional who can translate complex people and compensation data into clear, commercially sound insights and recommendations.

You will work with large datasets across bonus modelling, rewards analysis, and workforce metrics, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support evidence-based decision-making in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Relocation support is available for candidates with prior regional experience. UAE experience is essential.


What’s on Offer

  • Monthly salary: AED 27,000 – 30,000 (tax-free)

  • Annual bonus: Up to 10% (performance and business-driven)

  • Family benefits:

    • Medical insurance

    • Education allowance: AED 10,000 per child (up to 2 children)

  • Higher end-of-service gratuity due to strong basic salary structure

  • Hybrid working model:

    • 4 days office-based

    • 1 day remote (excluding Thursday and Friday)


Key Responsibilities

Rewards & Compensation Analytics

  • Analyse and manage large-scale bonus, salary, and rewards datasets

  • Support annual bonus cycles, reward reviews, and compensation planning exercises

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance across people and rewards data


HR Data & Insights

  • Transform complex HR and people data into clear insights, dashboards, and reports

  • Develop evidence-based recommendations to support leadership decision-making

  • Identify trends and risks across remuneration, performance, and workforce metrics


Commercial & Stakeholder Support

  • Apply strong commercial judgment to rewards and HR analytics

  • Present findings in a compelling, concise manner tailored to senior stakeholders

  • Operate confidently in a high-impact, deadline-driven consulting environment


Candidate Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in rewards, compensation, or HR analytics within the UAE

  • Highly confident working with numbers, large datasets, and bonus files

  • Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Commercially minded with excellent business acumen

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, professional services environment
