Sokin is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Dubai-based team. This data-driven, hands-on role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, experience with CRM systems (particularly Zoho), and an interest in contributing to revenue growth by ensuring data accuracy, system upkeep, and operational support.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily administration of Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity
Maintain and update lead, deal, and customer information across CRM and related tools
Support sales and marketing with list building, campaign tracking, and reporting tasks
Monitor CRM workflows, troubleshoot access or data issues, and manage user permissions
Maintain internal documentation and support operational processes for revenue teams
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline, revenue metrics, and performance data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM usage and improve operational efficiency
Assist in executing sales campaigns and tracking lead performance (campaign experience is a plus)

Skills Required:
Prior experience in CRM administration or revenue operations
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM (experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools also acceptable)
Exceptional accuracy in data entry and reporting
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
Proactive and accountable with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility to take on additional tasks as required and support outside normal hours when needed
