About the Role:

As a Revenue Lead, you will be responsible for managing our presence across OTAs, GDS, search engines, direct booking channels, and wholesale platforms. Your primary goal is to maximize revenue through strategic pricing, inventory optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with sales, marketing, and on-ground teams, you will develop and implement pricing strategies tailored to market trends, competitor analysis, and local events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue & Pricing Strategy:

    • Optimize pricing strategies across all online and direct booking channels to maximize revenue.

    • Monitor room availability, rates, and restrictions to ensure competitiveness.

    • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and local events to adjust pricing dynamically.

    • Develop tailored rate plans and promotions to drive occupancy and revenue.

  • Channel & Inventory Management:

    • Manage Stella Stays’ visibility and competitiveness on OTAs, GDS, search engines, and wholesale platforms.

    • Ensure accurate content, pricing, and availability across all distribution channels.

    • Work closely with on-ground teams to execute pricing strategies effectively in all locations.

    • Explore emerging platforms and technologies to enhance distribution strategies.

  • Collaboration & Performance Analysis:

    • Partner with sales, performance marketing, and operations to align e-distribution strategies.

    • Utilize channel management tools and revenue management systems for data-driven decision-making.

    • Continuously track and analyze channel performance to identify revenue-boosting opportunities.

    • Provide data-backed insights to drive business decisions and optimize revenue streams.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Previous experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or distribution in the hospitality industry is preferred.

  • Skills & Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of distribution channels, revenue management principles, and dynamic pricing.

    • Proficiency in channel management tools, revenue management systems, and online booking engines.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
