HR Solutions Today is seeking a Revenue Generation Associate (Hindi-Speaking) to join their Dubai team in a telesales role. This position is ideal for highly motivated individuals with experience in customer support, call centers, or sales environments. The role focuses on driving revenue through outbound calls, promoting a reputable Forex trading platform, assisting clients with account setup, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must be fluent in Hindi, based in the UAE, and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products and services.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to effectively communicate features and benefits.

• Engage with new client leads and convert them according to regulations.

• Assist clients with account opening and first deposits.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi.

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or sales.

• Knowledge of stock markets or Forex trading is an added advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
