Anta is seeking an experienced Retail Trainer to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for retail staff, including Store Managers and Sales Associates, focusing on enhancing product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques. As a Retail Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the store teams uphold ANTA’s brand values and provide exceptional service. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.

• Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees in both classroom and on-the-floor settings.

• Create or adapt training materials in English and Arabic to meet local market needs while maintaining consistency with ANTA’s global standards.

• Coach and mentor store teams during regular store visits, offering on-the-job training and feedback to enhance sales skills and customer service.

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps, designing continuous learning programs to address those needs.

• Assist in onboarding new store employees, ensuring they are well-prepared to represent ANTA’s brand and culture.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance tracking, feedback collection, and key indicators such as sales improvement and mystery shopper results.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a retail trainer, store manager, or in a similar role focused on staff development.

• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices, preferably in apparel or footwear retail.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).

• Ability to create structured training curricula and effectively use various training methods (workshops, role-playing, on-the-job coaching).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others and provide constructive feedback.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in training staff in sportswear, fashion retail, or footwear industries.

• Familiarity with the Middle East retail market or experience working with multicultural teams.

• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

• Professional certifications in training or coaching (e.g., Training & Development, Coaching certifications).
