Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.

Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is well-organized and displayed.

Train and develop staff, providing coaching to improve performance.

Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Job Requirements:

Luxury retail experience is a must.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail, with significant experience in a leadership or store management role.
