Job Description:

The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth daily retail operations. The role involves engaging with customers, assisting with purchases, maintaining store standards, and contributing to overall store success. This position requires strong sales capabilities, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the art and home décor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a premium in-store experience.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement.

• Provide product knowledge and expertise, especially related to paintings and home décor.

• Process payments, handle customer queries, and maintain transaction records.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory tracking and in-store marketing.

• Train and onboard new employees by sharing sales best practices.

• Assign duties to staff to ensure smooth business flow.

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Conduct inventory checks and collaborate with the management to manage stock levels.

• Support retail campaigns and initiatives to enhance store visibility and revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in art, home décor, or luxury retail.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to manage daily store operations independently.

• Experience assigning duties and training employees.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of paintings is mandatory.

• UAE driving licence required.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to commute or relocate to Dubai.

• Salary: AED 2,982 – 5,000 per month (Negotiable)
