Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Job Description:
Al Saad Home is looking for two enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our vibrant team at the following locations:

• Nad Al Hamar Branch – Female, Arabic-speaking candidates only

• Al Quoz Branch – English-speaking candidates of any nationality

This role is key to delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate home products, and completing sales transactions with professionalism and efficiency. A positive attitude, excellent product knowledge, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers to create a welcoming shopping environment

• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant home products

• Present product information clearly (e.g., size, material, color, origin, promotions)

• Maintain well-organized and visually appealing displays

• Efficiently process sales and coordinate with the cashier as required

• Keep the showroom and storage areas clean and tidy daily

• Monitor stock and inform the supervisor about items for restocking

• Operate the POS system and handle transactions as needed

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets

• Report unresolved issues to management promptly

• Update product prices and promotional labels accurately

• Participate in regular stock inventory and ensure accuracy

• Comply with company policies (attendance, leaves, conduct, etc.)

• Perform any additional duties assigned by showroom management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience

• Arabic fluency for Nad Al Hamar Branch; English fluency for Al Quoz Branch

• Strong customer service orientation and persuasive sales skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 3+ years in retail sales

• Location: Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Education: High school or equivalent
