Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team across our stores in the UAE. In this role, you won’t just be selling products—you’ll be building lasting relationships with customers. By understanding their needs and preferences, you will recommend the most suitable luxury products, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every visitor, whether they are purchasing or simply exploring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers by answering questions, explaining products, and building genuine rapport.

• Actively approach visitors, demonstrate products, address inquiries, and guide them toward making a purchase decision.

• Present promotions, discounts, and special offers to enhance the shopping experience and boost sales.

• Maintain accurate sales records independently and coordinate with internal teams to optimize overall store performance.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in luxury retail, watches, or jewelry within the UAE.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• Certification in Sales Management from accredited providers is an advantage.

• Exceptional communication skills in English are required; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.

• Strong ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and close sales professionally.
