Panerai is looking for a Retail Executive – UAE National to join their Commercial team. The role involves supporting the CRM & E-Commerce Manager to enhance performance and client experience across the Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA) network. The Retail Executive will oversee boutique operations, client experience activations, and commercial performance analysis, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support with implementing action plans for network performance.

• Assist with compiling monthly client data reports and sharing them with MEIA country managers.

• Ensure boutiques have access to the Clienteling app and monitor data capture and accuracy.

• Oversee boutique activations, including events and gift tracking.

• Collaborate with marketing on gifting occasions and cultural festivities.

• Supervise boutique operations to ensure alignment with Maison guidelines (experience, service, sales skills).

• Organize training sessions for retail staff and manage the CS platform visits for Client Advisors and the commercial team.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and online skills.

• Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle attention to detail.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a small team.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Experience in retail operations, CRM, and client experience.
