This Retail Education Trainee role is a key part of our efforts to contribute to the UAE Government’s Emiratization initiative, focusing on training, competitive analysis, and event activations within the beauty sector.

Role Overview:

As a Retail Education Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in training and education strategies across Fragrances & Skin Care and Makeup categories. This 12-month contract offers valuable opportunities to learn and grow with Coty’s renowned brands, contributing to the success of retail education programs, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting beauty advisors throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Class Training:

  • Assist in creating and customizing training materials tailored to the UAE market.

  • Attend and provide detailed feedback on training sessions.

  • Support in facilitating training sessions and lead workshops.

  • Prepare logistics for in-class training (room setup, testers, etc.).

• Online Training:

  • Distribute and analyze feedback from online training sessions.

  • Assist in delivering online training sections and make improvement recommendations.

• Retail Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market analysis within various retail environments (e.g., Sephora, department stores).

  • Identify competitive opportunities and suggest actionable steps.

  • Present findings to the Head of Education.

• Makeup Allocation:

  • Manage and coordinate makeup allocations with Beauty Advisors.

  • Ensure timely order placement and distribution of makeup products.

• Event and Brand Activations:

  • Contribute to enhancing customer experiences during events.

  • Support product demonstrations at events, if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

• Passion for people development, education, and training within retail.

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).

• Strong critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
