Key Responsibilities:

Cash Handling:

• Accurately process transactions via cash, credit, or debit

• Maintain the cash register and ensure it balances at the end of each shift

• Follow secure cash handling procedures

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on current promotions and product details

• Help customers locate products and provide relevant recommendations

Maintaining Cleanliness:

• Keep the cashier area clean, tidy, and well-stocked

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store

Compliance:

• Follow company policies, procedures, and local regulations

• Adhere to security and loss prevention guidelines

Team Collaboration:

• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues

Shift Management:

• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Manage shift duties and break schedules efficiently

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
