Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier & Customer Service Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring accurate transaction handling at the checkout. You’ll work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns, manage returns or exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and assist them with product information and ongoing promotions.

• Accurately process payments including cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring register accuracy and security.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and maintain a positive store environment.

• Keep the checkout area tidy by restocking bags, replenishing display items, and maintaining general cleanliness.

• Escalate complex customer concerns to the supervisor or manager when needed.

• Uphold high attention to detail in verifying prices, quantities, and discounts for a seamless checkout experience.
