You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by understanding their preferences, offering informed menu suggestions, and ensuring every interaction is warm and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through their dining experience

• Accurately take orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on the menu to enhance customer satisfaction

• Clear and reset tables swiftly between seatings to maintain a clean and organized dining area

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a harmonious work environment

• Handle guest concerns and special requests attentively and efficiently

• Upsell specials, desserts, and beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and increase sales
