Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a high-end restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience, particularly in restaurants specializing in international, Arabic, or Middle Eastern cuisine.

This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains service excellence, and drives team performance while ensuring top-tier guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house (FOH) team to ensure seamless shift operations.

• Maintain a high level of guest service and hospitality standards.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and manage team discipline.

• Coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover.

• Enforce hygiene, health, and food safety compliance.

• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and assist with purchasing.

• Collaborate with back-of-house (BOH) staff for smooth kitchen-floor coordination.

• Manage billing, payments, and POS system operations (Micros preferred).

• Submit daily reports on performance, guest feedback, and operational highlights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of restaurant supervisory experience in Dubai.

• Background in international, Arabic, or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer tools.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

• Currently based in the UAE.

Salary:

AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
