Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly clear and reset tables for incoming guests, ensuring a neat and organized dining area throughout your shift

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide insightful menu suggestions to enhance their dining experience

• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared and presented to the highest standards

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering upsells on daily specials, drinks, and desserts to increase sales

• Resolve customer concerns and conflicts diplomatically to ensure satisfaction and foster a positive dining environment

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating customer needs and making their dining experience enjoyable and memorable

• Support fellow team members as needed, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experienced in upselling and promoting menu items, with a focus on beverages, desserts, and daily specials

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to connect with guests and address their preferences

• Strong conflict resolution skills, handling customer concerns with professionalism and care
