Role Overview:
We are hiring a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of both front and back-of-house functions. This role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant functions, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and excellence in service, food quality, and hygiene.

Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team to provide exceptional hospitality and proactive guest engagement.

Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, control operating costs, and ensure accurate inventory and procurement processes.

Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, uphold brand presentation standards, and support marketing campaigns and customer feedback initiatives.
Qualifications:

Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.

Preference for candidates experienced in managing multi-outlet operations.

Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle is an added advantage.
