Kitopi, the world’s leading tech-powered multi-brand restaurant, is hiring a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead operations at one of its high-volume, fast-paced locations in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure compliance with Kitopi’s high standards of service, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the opening and daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Plan and manage staffing, inventory, cost control, and sales targets to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with Brand and Operations Managers to develop annual plans and budgets
• Monitor food quality and service standards, ensuring team knowledge of menu specifications
• Train and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver personalized, high-quality service
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
• Maintain a strong floor presence during busy shifts to support staff and enhance guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with vendors, manage household staff, and oversee event logistics as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food legislation
• Support recruitment, retention, and development of restaurant staff through coaching and performance management

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant, preferably with Mediterranean cuisine
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of food legislation, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
• Culinary background is a plus
• Passion for food, service excellence, and team development
